I ordered my usual size but unfortunately it was a little too small, so I contacted customer service about exchanging it. The exchange was really straightforward and the replacement fits perfectly. I’m so pleased I gave it another try because I absolutely love the dress.
I’ll be honest, I was a little unsure about ordering as I’ve had mixed experiences buying clothes online. I wasn’t expecting too much, but I was genuinely surprised when it arrived. The material feels lovely and the quality is much better than I expected for the price. It looks just as nice in person as it does online.
I was worried it might look completely different when it arrived, as you never quite know with online clothing. Thankfully it looks just like the pictures, and the colour is actually even nicer in person. The fit is very flattering without being too tight around the tummy. I’ve already had compliments on it!
I ordered this for a family lunch and was a little worried it wouldn’t arrive in time, but it came much quicker than I expected. Everything was nicely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The dress itself is lovely and comfortable, and I felt really nicely dressed without feeling overdressed.
I bought this because I wanted something smart but still comfortable, and it really does tick both boxes. I was particularly worried about it clinging around my middle, but it sits beautifully and doesn’t cling at all. I wore it for several hours and was still comfortable by the end of the day.

I’m glad I did because the sizing advice was spot on and the top fits beautifully. It’s nice to have that reassurance when ordering clothes online.
This was actually my second order after being so pleased with my first purchase. I wasn’t sure whether to order another one at first, but I loved the fit of the first top so much that I decided to try this one as well. Once again, the quality and fit are lovely. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on the new arrivals.
